1. Directory role

ChooseAstrologer is an independent directory platform. Listed astrologers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents or partners of ChooseAstrologer unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Astrology, psychic, spiritual and related services are subjective services. Neither ChooseAstrologer nor a listing badge guarantees accuracy, outcomes, relationship results, financial results, legal results, health outcomes or any other specific result.

3. Accounts and listing information

Users creating listings must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and have permission to publish submitted images and contact details. Misleading claims, impersonation, unlawful content, harmful content, spam and fraudulent listings may be rejected, suspended or removed.

4. Verification and Featured/Premium status

Verification is a separate administrative review and cannot be purchased. Featured or Premium status relates to directory placement and visibility only. Paid placement does not represent an endorsement of the astrologer or guarantee client results.

5. Reviews and enquiries

Visitors must submit genuine, lawful content. Reviews may be moderated before publication. We may remove content that appears fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful or inconsistent with directory standards.

6. Paid listing terms

Paid plans are fixed listing terms unless explicitly described otherwise. The current V17/V18 implementation does not automatically renew. A paid term becomes active only after server-side payment confirmation or approved manual activation. When the recorded term expires, paid placement may end automatically.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another user’s account, abuse platform APIs, scrape the service in a harmful manner, interfere with security, upload malware, submit deceptive payment information or use the platform for unlawful activity.

8. Availability and changes

We may update features, directory rules, pricing, eligibility requirements or these terms as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date.

9. Limitation and third-party services

The platform depends on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database and payments. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChooseAstrologer is not responsible for independent astrologer conduct or for indirect losses arising from third-party consultations or external services.
